Terms of Service
Last updated: August 31, 2026.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VScheduler (the "Service"), operated by VTCreations LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
VScheduler lets you schedule and publish content to third-party social platforms, currently X, Bluesky, Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads, on your behalf, using your own connected accounts on those platforms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
3. Connected platform accounts
When you connect a social media account, you authorize VScheduler to access and publish content to that account on your behalf, according to the schedule and content you provide. You remain solely responsible for the content you schedule and for complying with each connected platform's own terms of service and community guidelines (X, Meta/Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Bluesky). We may refuse to publish, or may remove, content that violates a connected platform's policies or applicable law.
Some features publish content VScheduler generates on your behalf rather than content you wrote yourself. Go-live automation is one: once you opt in on a connected YouTube account, VScheduler automatically creates and publishes a "going live" announcement to your other connected platforms as soon as it detects you've gone live, with no review step before it posts. You are responsible for this content the same as anything you schedule yourself, and can turn the feature off at any time from your connections settings.
If you invite team members to a workspace, you are responsible for their use of the Service under your account, including any content they schedule or approve.
4. Subscription tiers and billing
The Service is offered on Free, Pro Lite, Pro, and Agency tiers, each with its own usage limits described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to post content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or that violates any connected platform's policies. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service.
6. Platform availability is not guaranteed by us
VScheduler depends on third-party APIs (X, Meta, TikTok, YouTube/Google, Bluesky) that we do not control. Those platforms may change, restrict, or revoke API access, impose their own approval requirements, or experience outages, at any time and without our involvement. We are not responsible for publishing failures caused by a third-party platform.
7. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VScheduler is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
