Is there a free plan?
Yes, no time limit and no credit card required. The Free plan covers 1 creator profile with real, usable monthly limits on each platform, enough to actually try the product before paying anything.
Why don't you offer annual billing?
Because it's a scheme, and we don't want to run one. Annual discounts exist to lock you in, not to save you money. VScheduler is monthly only. You pay for the month you use, and you can stop whenever you want.
Which platforms do you support?
X, Bluesky, Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads.
Is posting to Instagram, Threads, and YouTube fully available right now?
Partially. Meta (Instagram, Threads) and YouTube each require a platform-side review before any third-party app can publish public content through them, that's true for every scheduling tool in this space, not just us. We're going through those reviews now. Until a given platform clears its review, posts made through it are restricted to private/self-only visibility rather than blocked outright. TikTok has already cleared its review and posts there support the same visibility options as posting from the TikTok app itself. X and Bluesky don't have this restriction at all.
How do you keep my connected accounts secure?
OAuth tokens are encrypted before they're ever written to our database and only decrypted in memory at the moment a post actually needs to go out. Disconnecting an account deletes its stored access immediately. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract and no minimum term, cancel whenever you want.
What happens if I go over my plan's limits?
Each plan's limits are listed on the Pricing page. If you're consistently running into them, upgrading gets you meaningfully more room, not just a slightly higher ceiling.
